The San Domingo Conference Center provides top-notch services and facilities in a memorable, unique setting, perfect for corporate retreats and team-building. The historic ranch house, designed by Frank Donnelly, has been updated with high-tech amenities for your business needs, including high-speed wireless internet throughout the grounds.
Large windows throughout the conference center overlook a venerable grove of
Texas live oaks and the estate’s many colorful gardens. Our state of the art
facilities include one purpose-built conference room and two additional
conference rooms with multiple separate breakout areas. All breakout rooms
feature magnificent views of the ranch’s beautiful landscape that was designed
by Arthur and Marie Berger. The
Bergers, who created the famous Dallas Arboretum grounds, skillfully fashioned the
ranch's natural beauty into an artful landscape.
As you would expect, all conferencing basics such as speaker phones, copying, faxing, and scanning are available. Each conference room is equipped with a large flip-chart, pencils, and legal pads. Overhead projectors and video projectors are available upon request.
Stretch your legs with a stroll through the gardens between sessions. Catch your breath in the shade of the live oaks, or by the flowering hibiscus beside the pool. After the hard work is done, explore the grounds on our many nature trails. A short walk down the hill leads to the wooded banks of our 200 acre lake, with canoes waiting for you beside the water. Paddle a canoe with colleagues and cast a line for that elusive big mouth bass.
Meetings may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. and continue through the early evening hours. Family members who come along for the day will have a list of workshops and activities to participate in while you are attending your meeting. Food service is available for lunch and snacks. Choose from the wide selection on our catering menu. Coffee, tea, and water are included with the conference package.
