The kitchen at San Domingo Ranch blends Texas hospitality and tradition with world-class service. Take a look at some of the possibilities we offer when it is time to relax and enjoy a meal. Everything is fresh here at the ranch, so menus will vary with the seasons.

All ranch menus have been designed by Mary Patricia Dougherty, partner in the award-winning Gilliland's Café which served gourmet California, Irish, and world cuisine in Santa Monica, California. Gilliland's catering service provided popular entrees from the café to upscale clients such as Bloomingdales, Dean & Deluca, and Balducci's in New York.

Ms. Dougherty was practically raised in the kitchen, and has been cooking her entire life. She studied with noted chef Gerri Gilliland, and they subsequently went into business together. Gilliland has appeared in the pages of Bon Appetit, taught at prominent cooking schools, and has been nominated for the James Beard award for her book Grills and Greens.

Now Mary Patricia Dougherty brings her long restaurant and catering experience to San Domingo Ranch Catering. Mary Patricia has hosted many exclusive events. You will find something to please all tastes on her wide and varied menu. Complementary beverage service is included when you book a meeting at the ranch. Lunch and up to two snacks are available through our catering service. If you choose, our Catering Service and Staff will serve brunch, lunch or dinner.
